QR code readers are available currently for smart phones such as RedLaser, which I've personally used and enjoy. The iPhone for example has several apps both free and for purchase that allow you to read bar codes on products as well. You can look up pricing for products to compare before you buy, which can be a quick return if you are at the store and want to see if the price is right. And with the added expenses of moving, doesn't hurt to save on
packing supplies or purchases for your new home like boxes, tape, bubble wrap, furniture pads, packing supplies in general.
